This is for ages 2–7 and covers the most common sleep issues that toddlers struggle with including transitioning to a big kid bed, wanting to co-sleep, and dropping the pacifier.

How long will it take to see results?

If you are consistent in your approach it can take between 3 days to 3 weeks to see results. Results will vary based on each child's personality.
