I won’t mislead you. If you are breaking habits like rocking or feeding to sleep, there will probably be some crying involved. There are gentle methods included, which can limit crying. After about 2 to 3 weeks, crying should subside and it won’t be a regular thing!
My plan is designed to get your baby sleeping independently and through the night within 3 weeks! There will always be off nights, but my goal is for you to be well-rested and have a predictable routine the majority of the time!
Yes! Some babies still need a middle of the night feeding or two up until 6 months old. Check with your pediatrician if your baby can start going longer stretches at night. If they say yes, then I’ll walk you through how to do it!
If you follow the plan and implement everything correctly, you should see results within 2 to 3 weeks. The time it takes will depend on your baby, the method you choose, and how consistent you are.
Yes, If your daycare or nanny is flexible with your baby's schedule, then these can be a great resource! Print the sample schedule and bring it to daycare, grandma's house, or leave it at home with the babysitter for a night out!
