I’ll work with you based on the goals you have for your family! In our initial call I can let you know if your goals are realistic and something we can accomplish together. Most families will see results within 5 to 10 days.
Hearing our little one’s cries can be so tough! My goal is to work with your parenting philosophy on crying to create a plan that you are comfortable with. There may be some tears in the beginning if we are working to break old habits, but they will be short-lived.
Absolutely! If your pediatrician has advised you to keep a night feed, then I will work with you to implement that while creating healthy sleep habits for the rest of the night.
Short or non-existent naps can be their own little beast! I’ll work with you to get your baby on a predictable routine with consistent naps as well.
