FAQs about Working with A Sleep Consultant

What results can I expect to see?

I’ll work with you based on the goals you have for your family! In our initial call I can let you know if your goals are realistic and something we can accomplish together. Most families will see results within 5 to 10 days.

Will this involve crying?

Hearing our little one’s cries can be so tough! My goal is to work with your parenting philosophy on crying to create a plan that you are comfortable with. There may be some tears in the beginning if we are working to break old habits, but they will be short-lived.

My baby still needs a feed in the middle of the night. Can I still use this?

Absolutely! If your pediatrician has advised you to keep a night feed, then I will work with you to implement that while creating healthy sleep habits for the rest of the night.

Can you help with naps?

Short or non-existent naps can be their own little beast! I’ll work with you to get your baby on a predictable routine with consistent naps as well.

What age is this for?

All my sleep plans are for ages 4 months through 4 years old. If you need help with a baby under 4 months old check out the newborn sleep course.

I'm still nursing my baby. Can I Still do this?

Yes! You can absolutely continue to nurse your baby while teaching them good sleep habits.

Is this a physical product?

This a service-based product where I work with you 1:1 to create a personalized plan for your family.

What if it doesn't work?

If you’re willing to put forth the effort, it will work! I’m here to support and encourage you along the way so we can get your baby or toddler sleeping!

Can I get a refund?

Once the sleep plan is sent out, I am unable to provide refunds.
