Will this involve crying?
Nope! Newborn babies are far too young to have them “cry-it-out” or self-soothe. Instead, I’ll teach you my sleep shaping methods to help you understand your baby’s cues and how to respond when they're having a tough time.

Yes! Bottle, breast, or formula—you can feed your baby how you choose while still implementing all the techniques and establish good sleep habits.
