My baby still needs a feed in the middle of the night. Can I still use this?

Yes! Some babies still need a middle of the night feeding or two up until 6 months old. Following the appropriate wake windows will help your baby optimize their daytime and night sleep and eventually work toward weaning those middle of the night feeds.

Does this cover naps?

Naps are their own little beast apart from night time sleep and we cover them too! You'll learn when to put your baby down for a nap based on their sleepy cues and age-appropriate wake window to optimize your baby's nap routine.

My baby goes to daycare or with a nanny. Can I still use this?

Yes, If your daycare or nanny is flexible with your baby's schedule, then these can be a great resource! Print the sample schedule and bring it to daycare, grandma's house, or leave it at home with the babysitter for a night out!
