Will this involve crying?

No one wants to hear their baby cry, but crying is our babies only way to communicate. I don't believe there is such a thing as no-cry sleep training, but I also don't promote full on cry it out. If you're changing habits like feeding to sleep, there will be crying involved. After about 1 to 2 weeks, crying should minimize.

How long will this take to work?

If you implement the system and are consistent, you should see results at bedtime within a few days. After 2 to 3 weeks you should also see an improvement with naps and overnight sleep.

What results can I expect?

This is designed to get your baby falling asleep on their own within a few nights with predictable naps and nights within 3 weeks. There will always be off nights, but my goal is for you to have a predictable routine most of the time.

What if I have questions during the process?
